You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us permission to process your selfie solely to provide the skin analysis described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use it to identify you.
qlow may show affiliate links to third-party retailers. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not the seller and are not responsible for retailer pricing, availability, shipping, or product quality.
qlow offers an optional subscription, qlow Premium — currently $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year (prices may vary by region and can change; the App Store always shows the current price before you buy). qlow Premium starts with a 3-day free trial; after it ends, the subscription renews at the price shown unless you cancel. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple and renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do anytime in your App Store settings; cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current period. The free version of qlow is genuinely usable — Premium unlocks the full guide and kit library, unlimited results-chat questions, and additional daily scans. What's included in each tier may evolve as the app grows.
Because purchases go through Apple, refunds do too: request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue App Store refunds ourselves.
You can delete your account and its cloud data from inside the app at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service (for example, attempts to break, spam, or misuse it). Deleting the app from your phone removes everything stored on-device.
qlow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy. You use it at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on qlow, including skincare or purchasing decisions.
We may update these Terms or the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
